54,75,449 /- (Fifty-four lakh seventy-five thousand four hundred forty-nine) to the assistance of my son i.e 2nd petitioner Bathula vijay kumar to study his MASTER OF DATA SCIENCE at University of Monash university , Melbourne, in Australia under the scheme of JAGANANNA VIDESHI VIDYA DEEVENA Application ID No. 2023003452 which is illegal, arbitrary, and unjust contrary to law and in violation of Article 14,19,21 of Constitution of India and principles of natural Justice, and consequently direct the respondents to release the sanctioned funds IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to release full installment financial assistance of the amount i.e is 1st to 4th of Rs. 53,76,690/- (Fifty-three lakh seventy-six thousand six hundred ninety ) and flight tickets charges of Rs 41,239 /- (Forty-one thousand two hundred thirty-nine ) and also visa fee of Rs 57,520/-(Fifty-seven thousand five hundred twenty ) and the total amount of Rs. 54,75,449 /- (Fifty-four lakh seventy-five thousand four hundred forty- nine) to the assistance of my son i.e 2nd petitioner Bathula vijay kumar to study his " MASTER OF DATA SCIENCE' at University of Monash university , Melbourne, in Australia under the scheme of 'JAGANANNA VIDESHI VIDYA DEEVENA' Application ID No. 2023003452 .forthwith, pending disposal of the writ petition Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

The Court made the following Order:
The petitioners are seeking release of the financial assistance of the full installments i.e 1st to 4th of Rs.53,76,690/- (Fifty Three Lakh Seventy Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety) and flight tickets charges of Rs.41,239/- (Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Nine) and visa fee of Rs.57,520/-(Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty) and the total amount of Rs. 54,75,449/- (Fifty Four Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty Nine) under the “Jagananna Videshi Vidya Deevena” Scheme. 2.
The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have not rejected or cancelled the petitioners’ benefit under the Scheme. He further submits that the amount pending will be released subject to the availability of necessary funds. 3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify and release the amounts sanctioned to the petitioners under the said scheme within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
