Case No.200 of 2025 and the case is pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Ranchi. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for petitioner submits that notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 has been issued and in view of that he seeks permission to withdraw instant petition with liberty to move before learned court on strength of judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 3. Learned counsel for respondent State has got no objection for same. 4.
