ORDER:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.1 issued the impugned proceedings dated 30.06.2014 under which the petitioner-firm was blacklisted for a period of two years from participating in the tenders to be issued by the respondents. At the stage of admission, this Court was pleased to pass an interim order dated 08.07.2014 suspending the impugned proceedings dated 30.06.2014. In view of the interim order of this Court, the petitioner is entitled to participate in the tenders issued by the respondents. However, the enforceability period of blacklisting is only for a period of two years i.e., 2014-2016 and that period was already been lapsed a decade ago. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
