The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the I.O. as directed by this Court and his statement was also been recorded. Page No.# 2/2 The learned APP has submitted that there are incriminating materials against the petitioner herein during the course of investigation. Since, the statement of the petitioner has already been recorded and in view of the allegations leveled in the FIR, the Court is of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary at this stage. Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the petitioner is hereby made absolute during the period of investigation. The I.O. would be at liberty to bring to notice any violation of the terms and conditions of the earlier order of this Court. The AB is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
