This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Sri Piklu Roy, apprehending arrest in connection with Sribhumi P.S. Case No. 111/2026 Page No.# 2/2 registered under Sections 329(4)/189(2)/117(2)/118(2)/109/304 of BNS, 2023. 3. This is the second application for pre-arrest bail for the petitioner. 4. The earlier pre-arrest bail was rejected by order dated 23.06.2026, passed in AB No. 1317/2026 after perusal of the case diary and upon finding sufficient incriminating materials against the petitioner. 5. The only new ground projected in the instant application is the medical condition of the petitioner, in support whereof certain medical documents have been annexed, out of which except one document all are more than 3 years old and one prescription of November, 2025 has been annexed, which does not indicate any such serious condition because of which the petitioner cannot be taken into custody. 6.
