Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition with regard to relief as prayed for in the Para 10.1, 10.02 and 10.04, but is pressing this writ petition only for relief under 10.3. It is contention of counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 21.11.2025, however, the subsistence allowance is not being paid. 2. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that the petitioner has not submitted any representation before the authority for redressal of the grievance as prayed for under Para 10.3. 3. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit a representation before respondent No. 6 and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on the representation at the earliest. 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation before respondent No. 6 and if such a representation is submitted concerned authority shall take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
