This is an application under Section 482 of the BNS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Chunari P.S. Page No.# 2/2 Case No. 05/2025 under Sections 189(4)/190/191(2)/117(2)/109/118(2)/103(3) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Ms. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that charge-sheet in the instant case, being charge-sheet No. 08/2026 dated 07.07.2026, has already been submitted. 5. Mr. Biswas, learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be granted to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. 6. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicants to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief, if so advised.
