Present : Advocate for Petitioner: Mr. Dasari S V V S V Prasad Advocate(s) for Respondent(s): GP for Revenue, GP for Social Welfare LISA GILL, CJ: Prayer in this Writ Petition, filed by way of Public Interest Litigation reads as under: “to issue a Writ Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in implementing the undertakings given by them for providing absolute rights, including issuance of D-form pattas, incorporation of beneficiary names in the revenue records, issuance of 1-B records, pattadar passbooks and revenue title deeds in favour of the beneficiaries under the Watershed-Horticulture Development Scheme in respect of the lands situated in Sy.No.1 of Panchadarla Village, extent Ac.200.00, and Sy.No.156 of Haripuram Village, extent Ac.160.00, Rambilli Mandal, Anakapalli District, formerly Visakhapatnam District, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and HCJ & CGRJ WP(PIL)_216_2026 consequently direct the Respondents to issue the aforesaid documents and protect the rights of the beneficiaries” 2. When faced with factum of members of petitioner’s society claiming that they are unable to develop their respective properties on par with other persons in case permanent pattas are not afforded, thereby reflecting a clear- cut personal grievance being involved, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has specific instructions to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to individual members, or even the society, to take appropriate proceedings as permissible in accordance with law for redressal of their grievances. 3.
