In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail for the Applicant Pankaj Gaur S/o Sri Keshwanand Gaur, who has been accused in Case Crime/FIR No.0509 of 2025 under Section 12 (2) (During investigation converted to Section 12 (3) of the Uttarakhand Competitive Examination (Measures for Control and Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2023, dated 20.09.2025, at Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun. The Applicant is in judicial custody since 21.09.2025. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 5. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant –Pankaj Gaur S/o Sri Keshwanand Gaur, who has been accused in Case Crime/FIR No.0509 of 2025 under Section 12 (2) (During investigation converted to Section 12 (3) of the Uttarakhand Competitive Examination (Measures for Control and Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2023, dated 20.09.2025, at Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun, on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
