These instant bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. have been filed by the petitioners in connection with the impugned FIR No. 13/2026 registered with the Police Station Nainwa, District Bundi for the offences punishable under Section(s) 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 & 11(1)(d) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that indulgence of bail has already been granted to the co-accused Kaluram by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.03.2026 in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 3991/2026 and their case is at par with him. The petitioners are in custody since 12.02.2026 and the trial will take its own time to conclude, therefore, indulgence of bail may be granted to the petitioners. 4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail applications. 5. Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the arguments put forward by counsel for the petitioners and looking to the fact that the indulgence of bail has already been granted to the co-accused Kaluram by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.03.2026 in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 3991/2026 and accused-petitioners are in custody since 12.02.2026 and since the trial will take its own time to conclude, hence, without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and appropriate to grant indulgence of bail to the accused- petitioners under Section 483 BNSS. 7. Accordingly, these instant bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners [2026:RJ-JP:13364] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-2909/2026] Mooru Singh S/o Shri Vijay Singh, Kallu S/o Goru and Dhanraj S/o Mangilal arrested in connection with the aforementioned FIR, may be released on bail; provided each of them shall furnish personal bond of Rs.50,000/- each along with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all the dates of hearing, as and when called upon to do so.
