By way of this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 675/2023 dated 19.07.2023, registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, District North West, Delhi, under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”], on the ground of settlement. 2. As the FIR has been registered under Sections 420/34 of the IPC, which are compoundable offences, the parties may approach the learned Trial Court for compounding. It is noted that there is no settlement agreement on record, no affidavit of respondent No. 2 has been filed, and not all the accused have been impleaded as parties to the present petition. 3. The petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Trial Court for compounding of offences.
