Direct Respondent No.1 to schedule the Petitioner's complaint for audio/video hearing within such time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit” 2. We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. In view of the Order that we propose to pass today, we are not inclined to issue Notice to the Respondents or keep the matter pending. 3. Considering the factual situation of the matter, we are not inclined to go into the merits of the aforesaid Complaint. We expect the Complaint to be finalized as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this Order, in case there is no other legal impediment, certainly after giving ample opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is Disposed Of. 6. Needless to state, we have not adverted to the merits of the matter and all contentions of the parties are kept open. [ADVAIT M.
