The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE V.SUJATHA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 384 of 2019 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the interim order dated 31.10.2018 passed by the Composite High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.39155 of 2018. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder: “…..Having regard to the law declared by this Court in Government of Andhra Pradesh and another v. A.Rajeswara Reddy, there shall be an interim direction as prayed for since the enquiry proceedings initiated way back on 19.01.2017 and 08.06.2017 are said to be still pending....” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders passed by this Court on 31.10.2018, are complied with. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
