Hazarika, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner's Bank Account bearing No.40431636447 maintained at the State Bank of India, Bazar Branch, Nagaon was freezed on account of a disputed credit of Rs.963/-. 2. Mr. S. Hazarika, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of the instant writ petition and the notice having been issued, the freeze upon the Petitioner's Bank Account has been lifted, and as such, nothing further survives in the instant proceedings. Accordingly, the learned counsel therefore submitted that the Petitioner is not inclined to further pursue the present proceedings. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
