The petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as they are apprehending arrest in connection with Samaguri P.S. Case No. 182/2026 under Sections 329(4), 74, 126(2), 117(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 3/3 2. Heard Mr. K.K. Parashar , learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam who submits that charge sheet being CS No.177/2026 dated 21.07.2026 has been submitted against the petitioners. 3. Petitioners are directed to appear before the jurisdictional court/ Illaqa Magistrate, if so advised within 20 days from today and apply for bail. On any application of bail filed before the court , the Court may consider the prayer in accordance with law. 4. Till then, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioners. 5.
