The learned counsel has submitted that the brief has been taken away from her. 3. On 18.02.2026, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel who was holding the brief has submitted that he has no further instructions in the matter and the brief was taken away from him by Ms. D.J. Bora, learned counsel who has engaged him. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned and ordered to be listed today. However, the petitioner was put to notice that if petitioner remains un-represented on the next date of listing, adverse orders will follow. 4. Today when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitoner Page No.# 3/3 has submitted that the brief was taken away from her. If that be so, learned counsel for the petitioner has no reason remain present in the Court and seek an adjournment, as she has been disengaged. 5. As the learned counsel for the petitioner is not willing to argue the matter, the Court has no option but to dismiss this writ petition for non- prosecution. 6. The Registry shall retain the records for 30 (thirty) days and thereafter, transmit the records back to the concerned Foreigners Tribunal. 7.
