Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 30.05.2026 issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-01 and copy of office order dated 06.04.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. The same are taken on record.

A perusal of office order dated 06.04.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments i.e. 60% of minimum of revised pay- scale in terms of revised Notification from 01.01.2016, subject

to final outcome of LPA. The DDO concerned where the petitioner is presently working has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner for the period he served on contract basis at the minimum of revised pay-scale. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 05.01.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No.21141 of 2025, titled, Munish Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition except a direction to the respondents to release the arrears in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, strictly in terms of the judgment which is sought to be executed, within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.

The execution petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
