No.72 of 2025, arising out of Gola P.S. Case No.15 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. No.349 of 2025, for offences under Sections 103(1), 352 and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Charge Sheet has been submitted under Section 103(1), 238, 351(3) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the State. Perused the material available on record and also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the opposite party – State, opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It is alleged that the petitioner used to express love to the wife of the informant. When the informant forbade the petitioner, he got agitated. It is further alleged that the wife of the 2026:JHHC:7777 2 petitioner also warned the informant on call to remain cautious, informing that the petitioner is trying to take some drastic steps against them. 5. It is the case that on the date of incident, the informant went out of the house but when he returned, he found his wife dead lying in a pool of blood. 6. This petitioner had earlier threatened the family of the informant, on the basis of which he was arrested. 7. On pointing out and on disclosure of this petitioner, the murder weapon i.e. knife was also recovered. Thus, I am not inclined to allow this application. 8.
