Page No.# 2/2 2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking preponing of the hearing of Crl. Pet. 174 (AP) 2026 presently fixed on 14.08.2026 to 03.08.2026, on the ground that the Execution Petition filed by the respondents before the learned Sessions Court, Aalo is fixed on 04.08.2026. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the Crl. Pet. 174 (AP) 2026, no interim protection has been granted, till date. It is contended that unless the date of hearing is preponed, the applicant may suffer prejudice as the execution proceeding are scheduled to be taken upon on 04.08.2026, and the relief as sought in the Crl. Pet. 174 (AP) 2026 may, to the extent, be rendered infructuous. 4. Mr. Lona, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has fairly submitted that in the circumstances, he has no objection if the hearing of Crl. Petition is preponed and taken up on 03.08.2026. 5. In view of the above submission, the prayer for preponement is allowed. 6. According, the Crl. Pet. 174 (AP) 2026 shall be listed on 03.08.2026 in place of 14.08.2026. 7.
