By the instant petition the petitioner is praying for the following relief: “To issue a writ order and direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for releasing Rs. 30,000/- in favour of the petitioner under the Building and other construction workmen (Regulation of employment and conditions of service) scheme without any technical objection.” 5. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the identical issue has also been dealt with by this court by the judgment and order dated 11.01.2024 passed in WPMS No. 84 of 2024. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent and State have not disputed that the issue is covered by the aforesaid judgment. 7.
