After hearing the parties, I have gone through the case diary. In the case diary, one Ashok Karmali, who is the uncle of the deceased, stated that he received information from father-in-law and mother-in- law of the deceased, that the deceased has locked herself in the room and she is not opening the door. On receiving the said information Ashok Karmali went to the house and forcibly opened the door and found the deceased hanging. The postmortem report also suggest that the deceased died due to hanging. 7. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that the case may be of suicide as the door was locked from inside, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
