Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2024 in connection with ST Case No.133 of 2025, arising out of Khukhra P.S. Case No.27 of 2024, registered under Sections 103 & 3(5) of the BNS, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Giridih. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2024. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is the husband and from perusal of the F.I.R itself, it appears that one 3rd person was insisting upon the victim to have illicit relationship with him and ultimately the charge has been framed under Section 108 of the BNS. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and submitted that the victim was assaulted repeatedly by the petitioner and ultimately, she committed suicide. 5. This Court finds that there is direct allegation against the petitioner who is the husband. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2026:JHHC:7639 2 6.
