The learned counsel for respondent No.2, upon instructions, submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, they have verified and found that the allegation made by the petitioner against respondent No.3 to be true. However, she fairly submits that action against respondent No.3 shall be initiated only after providing an opportunity of hearing to respondent No.3 as well as to the petitioner in the instant case.
