Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Registry has pointed out some minor default with regard to legible and readable copy of the documents enclosed along with writ petition. He submits that as the petitioner is having alternate remedy under Chhattigarh Panchayat Sewa (Bharti Tatha Sewa Ki Samanya Sharte), Rules, 1997 to file appeal before the appropriate authority, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other alternate remedy available to him.
