The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., it has been stated that the victim was in love affair with the petitioner for two years and she had accompanied the petitioner to Madhupur and then to Patna. It has been submitted that despite the victim having been taken to various places, no hue and cry was raised by her. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S., he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Children Court, Giridih in connection with Gandey P.S.
