This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Sri Monjesh Baroi, seeking bail in connection with Sonai P.S. Case No.70/2025 registered under Sections 64(2)(M)/ 65(1) read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he established physical relationship with the victim who was aged about 14 years at the relevant time and subsequently, the victim became pregnant and delivered a child. The petitioner is a married person with two children. 4. The trial of the case is underway and the evidence of the witnesses and the victim have already been recorded. 5.
