Through the medium of this petition, the petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the respondents to delink her Adhaar which has wrongly been linked with Permanent Account Number (PAN) of some other person. She is also seeking a direction upon the respondents to link her Adhaar with her Permanent Account Number (PAN). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed representations before respondent no. 3 on various dates, i.e., on 02.02.2023, 27.05.2023 & 08.07.2024, but till date no heed has been paid to her grievance. 3. He further states that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner within a reasonable period of time.
