The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 185 of 2025 arising out of Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 239 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari (Garhwa). The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No. 4516 of 2025. The petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the friend of the informant resulting in his death. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that one of the co-accused has been granted bail and one of the witness who has been examined in course of trial has been declared hostile, but regard being had to the specific of nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
