The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 65 of 2026 arising out of Chandwa P.S. Case No. 240 of 2025 corresponding to G. R. No. 45 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner has sexually exploited the informant for a period of 9 years on the pretext of marriage and later he has refused to solemnize marriage. It is apparent from the FIR that the informant had consented to the sexual overtures made by the petitioner for 9 long years and thereafter has instituted the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the entire gamut of allegations, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge II, Latehar in connection with S.
