Saikia, learned counsel for the accused petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parashar, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of Page No.# 2/3 prearrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Sri Bikram Biswas who is apprehending arrest in connection with the Mayang P.S. Case No. 45/2026, under Sections 140(3) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Saikia, the learned counsel that the present accused petitioner is innocent and has not committed any such offence as alleged against him in the FIR. However, it is a fact that the accused petitioner had love relationship with the victim, who went on missing from the house as the victim was unsuccessful in her matriculation examination. But as he had love relationship with the victim, she went to the house of the accused petitioner and stayed there and immediately thereafter, the petitioner as well as his parent informed the parents of the victim, but she refused to return home for which, after a delay of one month, the missing entry was lodged in the police station for recovery of the victim and accordingly, she was recovered and her statement is also recorded. 4. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. 5. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. The merits of the case are not brought to the fore. 6. I have considered the submission that the petitioner is willing to co-operate with the remaining part of the investigation and to abide by any stringent bail conditions if imposed upon him. 7. In view of the foregoing discussions, interim bail order dated 23.06.2026 is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions. 8. Send back the Case Diary.
