This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, (1) Abu Taleb @ Taleb Ali, (2) Monirul Haque @ Monirul Ali and (3) Akram Hussain @ Akram Ali, who are apprehending arrest in connection with the Boko P.S. Case No. 112/2026, registered under Sections 351(1)/115(2)/ 308(2)/108/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to grant of interim bail vide order dated 21.05.2026, the petitioners had appeared before the I/O for recording their statements. 4. The case diary has been received. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pursuant to grant of interim, the petitioners had appeared before the I/O and their statements recorded. It is submitted by the prosecution that investigation has revealed that the victim girl along with one boy with whom she was purportedly having love affair, were found in a mela and there, some persons, including the petitioners rebuked them and subsequently, the girl unfortunately committed suicide. 6. In the given circumstances as the petitioners have also rendered their cooperation with the investigation – I do not deem it fit to cancel the interim bail granted to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the interim protection vide dated 21.05.2026 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that the petitioners shall co-operate with remaining investigation as and when required; that the petitioners not commit any harassment or harm to the informant and family members; and that the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 8.
