No.14662 of 2025 It has been submitted that respondent No.5 died, thus the substitution is necessary. 2. The names of legal heirs and successors of respondent No.5 (Fagu Oraon) are as follows:- 5(i) Sohrai Oraon, S/o Late Shanicharwa Oraon, Grandson of Late Fagu Oraon. 5(ii) Tulka Oraon, S/o Late Raghu Oraon, Grandson of Late Fagu Oraon, All are R/o Village-Harchanda, P.O. & P.S.-Ormanjhi, Dist.- Ranchi 3. After hearing the parties, I find that the cause of action survives, thus, respondent No.5 need to be substituted by his legal heirs & successors. 4. Consequently, the name of the respondent No.5 be deleted from the cause-title and in place of respondent No.5, the name of his legal heirs and successors as mentioned above be substituted. 5. Let necessary correction in the cause-title in red ink be permitted to be carried out by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. I.A. No. 14662 of 2025 stands disposed of. W.P.(C) No. 6791 of 2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer an alternative remedy. 7. Prayer is allowed. 8.
