Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 7th May, 2025 and the investigation having been concluded and charge-sheet submitted before the jurisdictional court, further detention of the present petitioner is unwarranted. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary and drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim before the medical officers. Learned advocate for the victim/opposite party nos.2 and 3 is present. Having considered the overall materials collected by the 2 investigating agency, I am of the view that the prayer for bail at this stage cannot be granted. Accordingly, the bail application being CRM(M) 2444 of 2025 is rejected. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
