The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 303(2), 117(2) & 109 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. It is specifically stated in the F.I.R. that one Vikash Singh was along with other co-accused persons had assaulted on the head of the informant by stone causing injuries. It is submitted that the petitioner has not taken part in assaulting the informant. Although, he has two criminal antecedents but his involvement in the present case is absolutely baseless without material. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2025. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail. 2026:JHHC:7687 2 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
