In this petition, petitioners are assailing a Circular dated 05.02.2026 (Annexure-C) issued by respondent No.2 and the Notices dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure-D and D1) respectively issued by respondent No.3 inter-alia sought for direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representations dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure-E and E1) respectively submitted by the petitioner-Societies. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the impugned Notices at Annexure-D and D1 have been replied by the petitioner-Societies herein as per Annexure-E and E1 by reply dated 05.03.2026 and same has not been considered by respondent No.3. In the circumstances of the matter, I am of the view that respondent No.3 be directed to consider the reply dated 05.03.2026 by the petitioner-Societies produced at Annexure-E and E1 respectively within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17509 WP No. 8213 of 2026 4. It is also made clear that till the consideration of the reply produced at Annexure-E and E1 by respondent No.3, respondent-State is directed not to take any precipitative action against the petitioner-Societies. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner-Societies to challenge the Circular referred to above in the event if the petitioner-Societies suffer an order at the hands of the respondents.
