In this petition, petitioners are assailing a Circular dated 05.02.2026 (Annexure-C) issued by respondent No.2 and the Notices dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure-D and D1) respectively issued by respondent No.3 inter-alia sought for direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representations dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure-E and E1) respectively submitted by the petitioner-Societies.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the impugned Notices at Annexure-D and D1 have been replied by the petitioner-Societies herein as per Annexure-E and E1 by reply dated 05.03.2026 and same has not been considered by respondent No.3. In the circumstances of the matter, I am of the view that respondent No.3 be
directed to consider the reply dated 05.03.2026 by the petitioner-Societies produced at Annexure-E and E1 respectively within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

It is also made clear that till the consideration of the reply produced at Annexure-E and E1 by respondent No.3, respondent-State is directed not to take any precipitative action against the petitioner-Societies. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner-Societies to challenge the Circular referred to above in the event if the petitioner-Societies suffer an order at the hands of the respondents.
