The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authority to disburse amount of arrears of the revised pay-scale of the petitioners. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direct the respondent government to consider the case of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law in favour of petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose of this case in light of the similar orders dated 04.10.2021 and 26.08.2025 (Annexure P/5 & P/6). 10.4 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade – III on 11.07.2008. Respondent/State has issued circular dated 17.05.2013 wherein, the benefit of revised pay-scale is extended to Shiksha Karmis’ who have completed 08 years of service. Petitioner has also completed 08 years of service in the year 2016, he has been extended the benefit of revised pay-scale vide order dated 29.10.2018, however, the arrears of the revised pay-scale for the date of entitlement of the petitioner has not been paid. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that petitioner is claiming revised pay-scale, however, the petitioner was an employee of the Respondent No. 3 for whom, he is not representing. However, he submits that petitioner has not submitted any representation before the Respondent No. 3. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the Respondent No. 3 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 6. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before the Respondents No. 3 and in the event petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner keeping in mind the circular dated 17.05.2013 issued by the State Government, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 7.
