Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for respondents no.1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent no.4 and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent No.4 jointly submit that having regard to the fact that respondent no.3, who was selected to the post of 'Anganawadi worker' has subsequently withdrawn her candidature, as can be seen from the endorsement dated 19.01.2026, the present Writ Petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of both petitioner and respondent no.4 to appear before respondent no.2 and submit their representation along with the documents and by directing respondent no.2 to consider the same and proceed further in accordance with law. 5. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 has submitted a Memo along with the endorsement dated 19.01.2026 to the effect that respondent no.3 has withdrawn her candidature.
