Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submit that the Petitioner is paying Rs.20,000/- maintenance, if this Court reduce it to Rs.15,000/- the Petitioner will pay regularly maintenance to the Respondent and he will clear the arrears of maintenance. 3. The learned counsel for the Respondent strongly objected to allow the Petition on the ground that the Petitioner is paying maintenance to his child, the educational expenses and other expenses of the child is on higher side and requested to dismiss the Petition. 4. The Petitioner runs jim whereas Respondent-wife in Government Service and earns Rs.1,16,000/- per month. Considering these fact as the Petitioner is paying Rs.10,000/- per month in D.V. proceedings and Family Court has granted Rs.10,000/- by impugned order, I am reducing Rs.5,000/-, so Petitioner has to pay total Rs.15,000/- per month maintenance to the child and I pass following order. ORDER (i) The Petition is partly allowed. (ii) The Petitioner shall pay Rs.5,000/- per month to the child alongwith Rs.10,000/- per month in the D.V. Proceedings. (iii) The Petitioner shall pay arrears of maintenance within three months in present proceeding and other proceeding, if any, after receipt of this order. (iv) All pending Applications are disposed of. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
