This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for the grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Kanchan Kumari, in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 345/2026 registered under Section 316(2)/318(4)/336(3)/61(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 23-06-2016. The petitioner is stated to be the wife of Amit Kumar. It is submitted that in the meantime, the parties have settled the matter and an agreement was also filed. In the context of the same, two FIR names accused were granted regular bail by this Court. 4. The learned counsel for the informant does not object to grant of bail and supported the contention regarding the settlement between the parties. 5. In the circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.06.2026 hereby made absolute subject to the condition that she shall co-operate with the process of law. 6.
