By this subsequent bail application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 the petitioner, namely, Ishan Ahmed, has prayed for pre- Page No.# 2/3 arrest bail in connection with Crime Branch P.S. Case No. 12/2025 under Section 316/318/61 of IPC. 3. The earlier bail petition was rejected on 11.02.2026 in AB/3050/2025. 4. The up-to-date case diary has been received. 5. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. Borthakur in his usual fairness that he did not notice any investigation after 06.02.2026. Thus, there was no investigation as such, after the date of last rejection on 11.02.2026. 6. In the given circumstances, I am of the view that further investigation may not be prejudiced, if bail is granted to the petitioner, at this stage. 7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest of the accused-petitioner, they shall be released on bail in connection with Crime Branch P.S. Case No. 12/2025 under Section 316/318/61 of IPC, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 8. The direction for bail is further subject to the condition(s) that the accused-petitioner: (a) shall render co-operation with remaining investigation; (b) shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and (c) shall not misuse his liberty to commit any offence or illegal Page No.# 3/3 activities. 9.
