If any such appeal is filed before the Appellate Authority or the Deputy Commissioner, the same will be considered on merits considering the documents which the petitioner may file. If there is any judgment in any suit involving the parties and the land in question, the judgment will also be considered by the Appellate Authority while deciding the claim. 3.
