At the outset, Mr. Kalyan Bandyopadhyay, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court today dismissed a PIL being, W.P.A.(P) 141 of 2026. The present PIL is similar to the same and, therefore, fate will also be the same. 2 4. Considering the aforesaid and in view of the judgment passed in W.P.A.(P) 141 of 2026, this PIL (W.P.A.
