The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 384/386 of I.P.C. and under Sections 25(1-b)a/25(6)/26/35 Arms Act & under Section 17 C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Khunti. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that one of the co-accused person has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 5583 of 2024. It is next submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2023 and the charge sheet has been submitted and even the charge has also been framed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner appears to be a member of the extremists group. 5. Considering that a co-accused person has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 5583 of 2024 and the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2023 and the charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with ( 2026:JHHC:1862 ) 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti, in connection with Murhu P.S.
