1. It appears that the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Court of competent jurisdiction and the direction for filing of the Action Taken Report (ATR) was passed way back on 03.12.2024.
2. It is apprised that till date, no ATR has been filed by the Investigating Officer (IO). More than one and a half years of time has elapsed. The delay in part of the IO in filing the ATR is deprecated.
