[2026:RJ-JP:14222] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-4230/2026]
4.
Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the accused-petitioner has submitted the documents only for the training and seeking appointment which were given to him by the Board.
5.
Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner further submits that the accused-petitioner is ready to cooperate in the investigation and no purpose will be served by sending him to the custody.
6. The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required in this matter, as he had submitted the forged documents to participate in the selection process and to seek appointment on the basis of those documents.
7. As per the facts on record, the petitioner has submitted the mark-sheets of class 10th and 12th which are said to have been issued by the Madhya Pradesh Board while seeking admission to Nursing Officer Training Course and appointment thereafter.
8. During verification, the mark-sheets of Class 10th and 12th submitted by the petitioner were found to be forged. Now information needs to be obtained from the petitioner regarding the source of these documents—whether he acquired them from someone else or prepared the forged documents himself.
9. Taking into consideration overall facts of the case and
[2026:RJ-JP:14222] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-4230/2026] the nature of allegations levelled against the accused-petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail.
10. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
