JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “(a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction in the similar nature directing the 2nd respondent Board to consider the representation dated 12.06.2020 vide Annexure-L and pass appropriate order by providing appointment of the post of Assistant Environmental Officer to the petitioner herein; (b) Issue writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ or order to direction in the similar nature directing the 2nd respondent authority to consider the letter dated 20.05.2020 vide Annexure-J and the Validity Certificate dated 18.05.2020 vide Annexure-K issued by the District Level Caste and Income Verification Committee, Mysore and pass appropriate order of appointment in favour of the petitioner; (c) Grant such other relief or relief’s as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16050 WP No. 9729 of 2020 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation at Annexure – L dated 12.06.2020 submitted to the 2nd respondent has not been considered so far by the 2nd respondent nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA and learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievance of the petitioner and consider her representation at Annexure – L dated 12.06.2020 and pass appropriate order bearing in mind letter at Annexure – J dated 20.05.2020 and the Validity Certificate at Annexure – K dated - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16050 WP No. 9729 of 2020 18.05.2020 and Communication by the Board dated 03.12.2021 and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
