Choubey, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. --- Order No. 04 Dated 30th March, 2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The petitioner is an accused in connection with RIT P.S. Case No. 01 of 2026. It has been alleged that the informant was assaulted with a chopper on the head injuring him. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the chief complaint made in the Tata Main Hospital mention has been made that the informant has been assaulted with a chopper by a stranger. It has further been submtitted that within 30 minutes, the informant was discharged which would indicate the gravity of the injury suffered by him.
