This is an application u/s 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Page No.# 2/2 (BNSS), 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant in connection with Bokolia PS Case No. 4/2026 u/s 61(2)/331(4)/351(3)/311/109 of BNS, 2023 read with Section 25(1)(a)/27(2) of Arms Act. 3. A coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 15.06.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant. 4. The learned counsel for the accused/applicant submits that in terms of the order dated 15.06.2026, the accused/applicant appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement is recorded. He submits that the accused/applicant is cooperating in the investigation and the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused/applicant should be made absolute. 5. Case Diary received. Perused the same. 6. Taking into account the submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this Court is of the opinion that the interim pre-arrest bail granted on 15.06.2026 should be made absolute. 7. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted on 15.06.2026 is made absolute on the same terms & condition. 8. In view of above, this Anticipatory Bail application stands disposed of.
