The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 18/2025, registered under sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, and under section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act, 2009, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that four of the apprehended co-accused persons have taken the name of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within ( 2026:JHHC:1046 ) three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
