Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on instructions, submits that pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet in FIR in Crime No.89 of 2025 of Cherukupalli Police Station, Bapatla District and the same was numbered as CC No.757 of 2025 on the file of learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle and the same was ended in acquittal vide Judgment dated 20.05.2025. 3. Daily e-Court Status of CC No.757 of 2025 on the file of learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle is made part of record. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main CC itself was disposed of by the trial Court.
